Taylor has been one of the most productive players at his position since he entered the NFL in 2020.
The Wisconsin product has rushed for 33 touchdowns in three years, amassing 4,000 yards from scrimmage in 43 games.
Despite the fantastic production, Colts ownership was not keen on extending their star running back. The two sides were so far apart Taylor was placed on the PUP list before the start of the season.
Now with a new contract in hand, Taylor will return to action when the Colts take on the Titans on Sunday.
