USATS Joe Burrow and the Bengals are 0-2 to start the season, but do get Tee Higgins back this week against Washington. With Ja’Marr Chase back to playing shape now as well, can Cincinnati make a playoff run?
BH: I said it in our “AFC North Divisional Preview”, the Bengals are my pick to win the 2024 Super Bowl. The tough start doesn’t have me worried, altough a loss to Washington as a touchdown favorite tonight could have me singing a different tune.
ZM: “Cincy” does this EVERY year. I am really not worried about the Bengals, and I have them as a playoff team still.
MK: If the offensive explosion is going to happen, it should be this week against a weak Commanders defensive back room. - Bayou Boys

Luke Johnson-Imagn Images No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams has looked underwhelming to start the 2024 season while the No.2 pick, Jayden Daniels, has put up some decent numbers this year. Is he your favorite for ROY?
BH: I wrote this question for a reason. Jayden Daniels was my pick to win the Heisman a year ago, and he’s my pick to take home NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year this season. I don’t think there’s any question he finishes with more points than Caleb Willams, but the debate between Daniels and his former wide receiver turned Giants star, Malik Nabers, could get interesting as 2024 rolls on.
ZM: My favorite for Rookie of the Year as of Right now is Malik Nabers. Already on pace for well over 1,000 yards, he is outperforming every other offensive rookie in the NFL so far.
MK: Daniels has looked better than Williams but both quarterbacks haven’t looked spectacular. The Rookie of the Year race is still a “50/50” toss up for me. - Wacked?

Getty Images The Buffalo Bills were supposed to take a step back after losing star receiver Stefon Diggs and some key defensive pieces this offseason but have done the opposite, starting 2-0 in dominating fashion to begin the season. Can this team finally get over the hump and win the AFC?
BH: No, but I think Buffalo will hold off the Jets to win the AFC East. The Dolphins injuries really help the Bills outlook for the rest of the year, and I think Josh Allen and company are good enough to win one playoff game at least.
ZM: I love Josh Allen, but no. The Bills lost too much star power and don’t have a great defense. I think they have a chance at the division, but I’m betting the Chiefs to get back to the Super Bowl.
MK: Buffalo can win the division and maybe win a playoff game. They won’t win the Super Bowl. - DUVAL 🙁

USATS Jack’s Jaguars have started the season 0-2, making Jack the only member of Section 400 whose favorite football is yet to win a game. What is your prediction for Jacksonville in 2024?
BH: I heard something say “Trevor Lawrence ruined Urban Meyer’s career” and I completely agree. Duval county will be mighty quite this winter after the Jaguars finish the regular season 8-9.ZM: The Jags are just a bad football team. I think the division is ass, so they can win a few games, but Jacksonville won’t be contending for anything but Jack’s Pride.
MK: Sorry Jack, the Jaguars are missing the postseason

Greg Fiume/Getty Images Terry McLaurin has done next to nothing for 2 weeks. Can the 29-year-old become a reliable receiver in 2024?
BH: I’m not too worried about “Scary Terry”, yet. Jayden Daniels hasn’t gotten on the same page with most of his pass catchers, but once he does, McLaurin should take off first. It may not happen this week, but a big game from Daniels and his No. 1 receiver is coming soon.
ZM: McLaurin is reliable enough for the Commanders. I trust that he can continue to stay decent.
MK: I got killed on the pod for saying Terry McLaurin not that good. I got “1,000 yards a year” stats thrown in my face and look what we have now. He might get some garbage time looks which is why he’s had all those 1000 yard seasons but I don’t know that makes you a reliable receiver if the team is consistently losing. - Choose your Pokemon

Sam Navarro-Imagn Images We have three upper-to-mid-tier running backs playing tonight in Travis Etienne, James Cook, and Brian Robinson. Which one finishes with the most fantasy points this season?
BH: It’ll be James Cook, but man do I love me some Brian Robinson. He may have gone to that terrible school in Tuscaloosa but he is so fun to watch run the football. I hope he proves me wrong in 2024.ZM: James Cook is the most underrated player in the league. He will finish with the most points!
MK: I want to take Brian Robinson but honestly it’s looking like James Cook will get it done. - Light It Up

USATS Give me your favorite bet for each game tonight!
BH: Dalton Kincaid is beyond due to go over. At some point this has got to happen, right? I’ll go with Kincaid OVER 35.5 yards (-112) and Jayden Daniels 200+ passing yards (+102).
ZM: I’ll go with James Cook any time touchdown (+130) and a Bills/Bengals money line parlay (-125).
MK: I’ll take some props on the two best quarterbacks playing tonight. Josh Allen longest rush OVER 2.5 yards (-125) and Joe Burrow 250+ passing yards (-150). - Prediction

Gregory Fisher-Imagn Images Final Score Predictions?
BH: I’ll go with a 26-20 Bills victory, and a Bengals 30-21 win.
ZM: 28-14 Bills and 20-17 Bengals.
MK: Bills over Jags, 22-13. Bengals blow out Washington 33-19.
