The NFL has a quarterback problem.
The amount of injuries to quarterbacks or just plain bad quarterbacks we’ve seen this year is not only alarming but just plain sad. Now the 8-4, first-place Jaguars have lost Trevor Lawrence. Sick.
I think Peyton Manning summed up the feelings of myself and football fans everywhere on the Manningcast last night.

Every single weekday, the guys from Section 400 will be providing a rundown of everything that happened in sports the night before.
Let’s get into it.
Max Ammo Browning

Jake Browning proved me right! On Sunday’s podcast I talked about how Monday’s game between the Bengals and Jaguars was going to be much closer than people expected.
I said Browning would soar over his passing total, collecting well over 225 yards of offense and keeping this game close in Duval County.
Not even I expected Browning to go ABSOLUTELY nuclear.
The Bengals quarterback played the game of his life in Cincinnati’s 34-31 overtime victory. Browning passed for 354 yards in the game, throwing 1 touchdown and rushing for another.
The former Washington Husky arguably outplayed Trevor Lawrence on the other side (before Lawrence went down with a injury).
The win is uber important for the Bengals as they attempt to stay alive in the AFC wildcard race, while the loss drops the Jaguars to 8-4.
Depending on the severity of Trevor’s injury, the Jags could find themselves behind the Colts or Texans in the AFC South within the next few weeks.
Playoffs… Playoffs?

The Indiana Pacers are moving on to Vegas! We’ve talked about Tyrese Haliburton and the boys being a sleeper for weeks now, (I threw a future on “Hali” to win MVP) and they are proving us right with the way this team can score the rock.
The scoring will always be there for Indiana, but this team’s issues arise on the defensive side of the ball. Head coach Rick Carlisle may have found the winning formula on Monday Night, as the Pacers stood up strong to the Boston Celtics, holding them to 112 points.
Indiana’s defense was enough to help the Pacers breeze to victory behind the aforementioned Tyrese Haliburton’s first career triple double.
TNT’s second half of the double header was almost as boring as watching C.J Beathard try to move the ball. I don’t know if it was because the game was after such a fun one, but the Kings vs. Pelicans stunk.
Brandon Ingram may have skipped the blunt rotation before this one, as the forward led the way for New Orleans, collecting 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists on 50% shooting from the field.
On the other side, De’Aaron Fox put in 30 points for the Kings, but it wasn’t enough in a 127-117 effort.
New Orleans ultimately got the win on the road and will move on to face the winner of the Lakers vs. Suns game tonight.
