The Philadelphia Phillies are red hot.

#RedOctober chugged right along again on Tuesday Night, as the Phillies embarrassed the Arizona Diamondbacks at “The Bank” 10-0.

The Phillies lineup has now hit 15 homers in the last 4 games, which is an MLB Postseason record.

Section 400 writer and Philly sports hardo, Matt Kolen, believes this series is over, and it’s hard to argue with him. We’ll see if the Diamondbacks can finally take a game when the series moves to Arizona on Thursday.

Golden Generation Strikes back.

After a dissapointed 3-1 loss to Germany in their last friendly match, the USMNT dismantled Ghana on Tuesday Night, winning 4-0 on a barrage on first half goals.

Newcomer Florian Balogun put in a beatuiful goal, Christian Pulisic scored for the second straight match, and Giovanni Reyna found the back of the net twice, including this beauty, for the game’s final goal.

Fury Road

The Texas Rangers are getting their prized trade deadline acquisition back.

The team announced on Tuesday that Max Scherzer would not only be returning from injury, but starting game 3 on the ALCS on Wednesday Night.

It is a big reinforcement for the Rangers, who lead the ALCS 2-0 over the defending champion Houston Astros. Scherzer boasts a 3.58 career postseason ERA over 27 appearances.

“Mad Max” and the sizzling hot Rangers host Christian Javier and the Astros Wednesday night at 8:07 PM EST.
