After every week during the NFL season, Section 400 writer Jack Albanese will give us his updated power rankings of all 32 teams across the league.
Here is where each team stands after last week’s action.
- San Francisco 49ers
-

Norm Hall/Getty Images San Francisco is the most talented team in football on both sides of the ball. The 49ers have everything they need to win the Super Bowl. We’ll see if head coach Kyle Shanahan can finally get over the hump.
Personally, I’m hoping Lamar Jackson and the Ravens knock them off their pedestal this week.
- Baltimore Ravens
-

Courtney Culbreath/Getty Images Lamar Jackson simply cannot be stopped. Lamar Jackson is winning game after game without star All-Pro Mark Andrews or running back J.K Dobbins. Baltimore just lost promising rookie Keaton Mitchell for the season as well. Even with rookie Zay Flowers and 31-year-old Odell Beckham Jr. as his top options, “Action Jackson” is still an MVP favorite.
- Buffalo Bills
-

Jeff Lewis/AP The Bills are finally letting James Cook. Buffalo’s new offensive game plan has led to a pair of massive wins against the Chiefs and Cowboys. This squad is a Jake Elliot 60-yarder away from fighting for a No. 1 seed right now. It’s looking more likely that Josh Allen and company find themselves in the postseason. This is a team you do not want to play in January.
- Detroit Lions
-

Lon Horwedel/USA TODAY Sports The Lions proved they weren’t frauds by putting up 42 points on Sean Payton and the fraudulent Broncos. Jared Goff was finally able to get back on track, throwing for 5 touchdowns in the route win.
Most impressively, the Lions were able to stop the run and looked competent on defense. We here at Section 400 NEED to see Dan Campbell in the postseason. It’s looking all but certain now.
- Kansas City Chiefs
-

Ed Zurga/AP Kansas City won on Sunday, but the fact the Bailey Zappe-led Patriots were in the game so long is a major concern. The Chiefs still won by 10 points but this is a game that should’ve been won by 20+ if Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs were at their best.
Kansas City still has some time to figure it out, but they need to change something fast.
- Dallas Cowboys
-

Rich Barnes/Getty Images Dallas can’t win away from Jerry’s World. That is a major concern considering the 49ers have all but locked up the No. 1 overall seed in the NFC. The Cowboys are not a true contender unless they somehow usurp the 49ers (and the Eagles) in the standings.
- Philadelphia Eagles
-

Steph Chambers/Getty Images What is going on in Philadelphia? Not even our guy Matt has an answer right now.
- Los Angeles Rams
-

USATS Los Angeles is rolling right now. Kyren Williams and Matt Stafford are leading an incredible offensive attack since the former returned from injury. Sean McVay’s defense is a concern, but it helps knowing one of the best defensive players of all time is still on the team.
- Cleveland Browns
-

Nick Cammett/Getty Images Joe Flacco did not look elite in this one. The 38-year-old tossed 3 interceptions, showing his old age could still be a concern. Still, Cleveland’s defense led the way and the Browns beat the Bears on Sunday. This team needs to play near-perfect ball if they hope to make a run.
- Miami Dolphins
-

Megan Briggs/Getty Images No Tyreek Hill, no problem!
Miami slides back into the top 10 after a stellar 30-0 win over the New York Jets. Backup quarterback Mike White even came in for 2 passes against his former team, which surely got Jets fans excited for half a second on that day. The Dolphins are still very fraudulent, but they are back in the top 10 for now.
- 11 Cincinnati
- 12 Seattle
- 13 JAX
- 14 Indianapolis
- 15 Houston
- 16 Tampa Bay
- 17 New Orleans
- 18 Denver
- 19 Minnesota
- 20 Las Vegas
- 21 Atlanta
- 22 NY Jets
- 23 Tennessee
- 24 Green Bay
- 25 Pittsburgh
- 26 Chicago
- 27 Arizona
- 28 NY Giants
- 29 Washington
- 30 Los Angeles Chargers
- 31 New England
- 32 Carolina
