USATS The saints started 2-0 but have been terrible since. Is it time for a rebuild in New Orleans or could this team still compete in a bad NFC?
BH: We seem to religiously talk about quarterbacks that will never win a Super Bowl on the podcast. Derek Carr is right up there with the rest of them. As long as the ‘Carr Era’ continues in New Orleans, the Saints, and their fans that aren’t murdering people after losses, are going to be stuck in purgatory.
JA: The Saints are cooked. The Falcons and Bucs are substantially better within their division, let alone the conference.
MK: Yeah it’s time to rebuild. Or at least find a quarterback not named Derek Carr. Spencer Rattler probably isn’t the savior either.
ZM: I mean, yeah. The Saints need a new quarterback. If you look at the league you can’t have Derek Carr as your starter and expect to win anything of substance. - Let It Fly

Ron Chenoy-Imagn Images Denver is quietly 3-3 despite doing nothing particularly well. Could we actually see Bo Nix take snaps in the playoffs?
BH: I just don’t see a world where Denver finds a way into the dance. Kansas City is locked into the AFC West divisional crown, while Baltimore, Houston and Buffalo are also likely postseason locks. Beyond that, the Jets, Chargers, Steelers, Bengals, Colts and Dolphins all should finish above Denver. I like Bo Nix more than most, but it’s too early.
JA: No, not this year. Denver needs to build more around Bo Nix before we can take the Broncos offense seriously.
MK: Brian talks about a “Bad NFC” but I’d argue the AFC is worse. The Broncos have a real shot to make a wildcard spot.
ZM: No they won’t make the playoffs, but Denver will win this game! - I’m The One

USATS It looks like Derek Carr won’t play again this week. The Browns are clearly in tank mode after trading Amari Cooper to the Bills. Is it time to bring Jameis Winston back to the Saints?
BH: It may not make sense for any of the parties involved but it sure would be fun to see Jameis lead a playoff-caliber Saints roster to the postseason. We are a pro-Jameis brand here in the nosebleeds, and I’m holding out hope we’ll see the former Heisman winner as a starting quarterback again.
JA: It’s Jameis time. The Browns, the saints, I don’t care who, but get that man on the football field.
MK: f you watch any of our content, you know I’m a big Jameis guy. Is he that good? Probably not, but at least it’ll be fun!
ZM: What’s the real point of getting Jameis though? They need to do what they can to get a real quarterback not a filler. - Get Money

Getty Images Let’s sweep the board tonight boys. Give me your best bet(s) tonight!
BH: I’ll give out Bub Means OVER 35.5 receiving yards just because his name is fun to say. The Pittsburgh product could prove to be a steal off the fantasy waiver wire if Spencer Rattler continues to garner starts under center.
JA: We’re getting Bo Nix vs Spencer Rattler in prime time. There’s not a fiber in my body that wants to bet on this game.
MK: Let’s go with an alternate line parlay. UNDER 40.5 total points (-186) & Courtland Sutton 25+ receiving yards (-370).ZM: I’ll keep it simple. Broncos (-2.5).

Ron Chenoy-Imagn Images Which of these teams is winning tonight, and will be the score?
BH: I talked about it on the podcast, the Broncos were almost my favorite, favorite of the week. Give me Denver in a low-scoring affair, 20-14.
JA: Broncos in a close one, 23-20.
MK: Saints by a field goal, 20-17.
ZM: Broncos by a touchdown-plus, 21-13.
