It’s a rainy Friyay in Washington, DC, which can only mean one thing, NBA In-Season Tournament Day!!
First, we have to get through what happened in the atrocity of a sports slate last night. I don’t blame a soul if you didn’t watch.
Every single day, the guys from Section 400 will be providing a rundown of everything that happened in the world of sports the night before.
Before we get started, I’d like to give a quick shoutout Jag for winning Big Brother 25.
Alright let’s dive into it.
Antetokounm(no).

The Milwaukee Bucks came into this NBA season as favorites but have looked more like a group of good ball players at the local “Y” than a cohesive basketball team through 8 games.
That continued on Thursday, when the Bucks gave up 126 points to the Indiana Pacers on the road. The team struggled scoring the ball, as Giannis Antetokounmpo was the only Deer not stuck in the headlights, scoring nearly 50% of the Bucks points (52) in the loss.
On the other side, the Pacers continue to look dynamic and are officially my sleeper team to win the NBA In-Season Tournament. It’s too bad we have to wait a month to even get to the knockout stages. (Figure it out Adam)
The only other game in the Association last night took place in Mexico City. The Mexicans were treated to an iconic matchup between two historically great basketball teams in the Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic.
As much as I kid, the game was actually pretty entertaining. Trae Young had “Migos” stuck in my head all night on his way to a 41-point 8-assist effort. “Ice Trae’s” gang was solid as well, as four other Hawks players finished in double figures.
How many overtimes?

I could describe the sequence JMU went through to force overtime last night, but to save me some words and to save you some time just go ahead and watch it for yourself.
James Madison’s Noah Freidel scores 5 points in 2 seconds to force OT against Kent State.

I truly don’t know how to explain what happened in Kent, Ohio last night besides pointing to the fact this JMU team is going to shock the world come March. I picked them as one of my two “Cinderella Teams” in this week’s all-sports podcast, and last night’s good juju is making me feel a hell of a lot better about that pick.
The rest of the college basketball night was grosser than Connor Stallions job description, but my lean from yesterday’s “What to watch for” column hit, so it’s back in the win column for me! My college basketball plays are now 3-1 on the young season. It’s time to start paying attention.
The Bears and Panthers played a football game.

We knew going into Thursday Night Football that the game would be ugly, but that think was a fucking scene.
The tape should be burnt, buried, roped off, and exorcized before anyone can watch what happened at Soldier Field last night ever again. If you didn’t watch, save yourself the pain to your eyeballs and just catch up on the game with our recap from Jack below.
@views.from.400 The #bears win a brutal game over the #panthers on thursdaynightfootball. We don’t blame you if you skipped this one, but don’t worry Jack has a #recap of the #game for you. #nfl #football #nflbets #fyp
Section 400 writer Matt also cashed the correct score prediction in our roundtable yesterday. If you aren’t reading those before every primetime NFL game and College Football Saturday it’s time to re-evaluate your life choices.
